Why I Created the 3P Reset

This work was born out of a season of devastation — and the slow, surprising discovery that renewal was the path through.
I began noticing the same pattern in myself and the women around me: deeply faithful, genuinely devoted, and profoundly exhausted.
We weren’t lacking love for God or effort in our faith. But we were carrying beliefs about the nature and ways of God that made resting basically impossible.
The 3P Reset draws from behavior change research, transformative learning, cognitive restructuring, and spiritual formation. Renewal doesn’t come from insight alone. It comes from practiced truth, lived over time.
I’m a Learning Strategist by profession and a Spiritual Formation Guide by calling. After years of helping people grow both in classrooms and in their personal lives, I kept seeing the same gap: knowledge and effort were never enough to heal anxiety, striving, or spiritual exhaustion.
The Reset was created to help women accept the truth about who God is — and finally live inside of that truth.

What format is the Resert delivered in?
The Reset includes video teaching, audio guidance tracks, guided journal, and deep Scripture study cards, all delivered digitally. The journal is available in two formats — a fillable digital version and a printable version if you prefer writing by hand.

How long does the Reset take?
Most women move through the Reset over one to several weeks.
The process is self-paced. Some women move through one part each day, while others take more time to reflect deeply along the way. Lasting renewal comes from practiced truth over time.
